About the show
The UK’s leading virtuoso accordionist Karen Street has played with a host of other well-known performers, including Bryan Ferry, Grace Jones, Pavarotti, Andrea Bocelli and leading orchestras such as The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and The London Symphony Orchestra. Her ‘L’Esprit du Jazz’ Quartet plays music inspired by French swing, Latin and Tango alongside original compositions and jazz standards. Expect a totally joyous evening of toe-tapping music and outstanding musicianship with Sam Dunne (guitar), Marianne Windham (bass) and Katie Patterson (drums).

Few accordionists have made their mark in jazz, so Karen Street is a member of a rare breed. Playing songs from her latest CD ‘Another Story’, which features jazz standards, original tunes – and pop songs, she continues to skilfully challenge some people’s preconceptions of the accordion. She is joined by guitarist Fred T Baker, singer Sara Colman bassist Andy Hamill.
