About the show
Hannah Brine is a singer-songwriter whose music sits between jazz, folk and contemporary singer-songwriter, blending intimate storytelling with elegant melodies and a warm, expressive voice. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Norah Jones and Melody Gardot, her songs invite audiences into reflective, cinematic worlds that celebrate connection, resilience and the beauty found in everyday life.
Expect honeyed vocals, rich harmonies, lyrical storytelling and moments of humour, warmth and quiet reflection. A familiar face on the UK jazz and cabaret scene, Hannah has performed at venues including Bridgewater Hall, Crazy Coqs, The Pheasantry, Green Note, The 606 Club, Guildhall Leicester and Buxton International Festival. Her debut album, Blue Sky Now, received critical acclaim, with Jazzwise praising her "effortless voice" and Jazz Journal highlighting the warmth, clarity and emotional honesty of her performances. Hannah performs tonight with pianist Paul Edis.
