About the show

A Play, A Pie and A Pint Ready Tae Drap Written by Éimi Quinn  Directed by Maureen Carr  Doors: 12pm (12:30pm Monday)  Show Starts: 1pmUnreserved Seating

A rabbit, a refugee and a racist get stuck in a lift. That sounds like the start of a bad joke but for high rise residents Lauren, Aaliyah and Pat, it’s a night they’ll never forget. Trapped in a malfunctioning lift during a heatwave, the three women are forced to properly talk, as the usual natter won’t cut it. Can they find common ground…before they reach the ground floor?  Ready Tae Drap is a new dark comedy by Éimi Quinn (The Funeral Club, Dookin’ Oot) that offers a hilarious and tender exploration of motherhood, community, and Glasgow’s changing attitudes as a city.
