This one is a bit special.

How Far Away Are They? is heading back to Farnworth for two very special shows at St Gregory’s Social Club – one of the real locations used to film Phoenix Nights.

For one day only, some of the cast are returning to the club where it actually happened.

Join Neil Fitzmaurice, Toby Foster, Steve Edge, Janice Connolly and Archie Kelly, with Chelsey Ward keeping order, for stories, memories and absolute nonsense from one of Britain’s best-loved comedies.

They’ll be talking about making Phoenix Nights, the characters, the scenes that still get shouted at them in the street, what went on behind the cameras, the huge Manchester Arena live shows and plenty of things that probably shouldn’t be repeated.

And this time they’ll be doing it surrounded by a little bit of Phoenix Nights history.

There’ll also be a full audience Q&A – your chance to ask the questions you’ve wanted answering for the last 20-odd years.

Phoenix Nights has never been available on the streaming services, yet more than two decades after it first appeared, people are still quoting it, rewatching old DVDs and arguing about their favourite moments.

This is a chance to hear what it was really like from the people who were there – in a place where some of it actually happened.

A genuinely special homecoming for Phoenix Nights fans.
