Neil Maya, one of the finest sax players of our day, joins his quartet to take us on a musical adventure with two of the most influential jazz sax players of all time, Charlie Parker and Stan Getz.
This gig will be the debut performance and launch of Neil’s quartet’s much anticipated new CD and will showcase some of the best loved works of these two jazz giants.

The Neil Maya Quartet
The Neil Maya Quartet play top quality, accessible modern and contemporary jazz to audiences throughout the South West. As well as playing re-workings of classic standards they also play their own compositions and play in a variety of styles including swing, latin jazz, South African grooves and jazz funk. The quartet is led by Neil Maya on saxes with Tom Unwin on piano, Marcus Vergette on double bass and Nick Carter on drums.
