The Urban Folk Quartet play a unique fusion of folk and world music which, combined with funky rock grooves, guarantee a performance full of energy and humour.
The West Midlands band consists of demon fiddle players Joe Broughton (Albion Band, Conservatoire Folk Ensemble) and Paloma Trigas (Carlos Nunez) with the irrepressible Dan Walsh (banjo, guitar) and storming rhythms from cajon player and percussionist Tom Chapman. The level of instrumental capability and infectious enthusiasm never fails to excite audiences everywhere.
