George Sansome was an integral part of BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award nominees Granny’s Attic where he cultivated a love of traditional song. His self-titled debut album, released in 2020, was well received featuring on national radio and was listed as one of Songlines magazine’s “Essential 10 Folk Albums of 2020”.
