What are Booking Fees / Transaction Charges?
Ents24 does not receive any money from the face value of the tickets we sell.
Instead, we charge a per-ticket booking fee which helps to cover our running costs, including our artist and venue alerts service, and providing a dedicated customer service team, who work 24 hours a day.
Ticket face value
The face value is the price set by the event organiser or promoter, which makes up the biggest part of the total amount you're charged. We don't keep any of this.
This is a per-ticket sales commission added by Ents24 for handling the booking.
This is a per-transaction (not per-ticket) charge that covers costs including postage & packaging and credit card commission. This charge is higher if the event promoter has asked us to send your tickets out by courier or registered post.
