About the show

Join us for an evening at Calstock Arts that features Stephen Hart’s critically acclaimed ‘Shadowed Dreamer,’ which recounts a riveting story of resilience in the face of many forms of abuse and abandonment.

Stephen is a West End actor, Youtuber and Public speaker as well as gifted story teller who lifts and inspires audiences whilst sharing his difficult journey through childhood into maturity.

In support of Stephen’s ‘Shadowed Dreamer’ we will also be screening ‘The Prison of Silence’ a feature length drama produced by Blunt Edge Films, the creative arm of Operation Emotion. ‘The Prison of Silence’ follows the lives of two men who are survivors of abuse.

The film helps to shine a light into the penumbra world of abuse and generates a greater understanding of the effects of trauma on society.

After the show there will be a Q&A where there will be an opportunity for dialogue and a chance to share experiences within the audience.
