Calstock Arts with Carn to Cove are excited that IMS Prussia Cove are back at the Old Chapel.

IMS Prussia Cove brings world-famous classical musicians to rehearse and perform in Cornwall. For nearly 50 years, they have held concert series in West Cornwall and once a year, the SW Tour takes a group of the best musicians to venues across Cornwall - giving more people the chance to hear world-renowned musicians and rising young stars.

The concerts are suited all venues and appeal to new audiences as well as old hands. 2024 will be the eight year this tour has featured in our programme, and audience comments have always emphasised the outstanding quality of the musicians, as well as the friendly and accessible nature of the concerts.

This year will showcase international artists: Alessandro Ruisi (violin), Chiara Sannicandro (violin), Toby Cook (viola), Natania Hoffman (cello).

IMS Prussia Cove

MS Prussia Cove is an organisation which runs master classes for some of the world's most talented young professional musicians. Based in Cornwall the musicians explore up to 60 works before going on the road around the County, followed by a national tour for a lucky few handpicked by artistic director Steven Isserlis.
