Alyssa and Doug Graham have spent a lifetime immersed in music, first meeting in high school and later touring the world in a jazz-influenced band. But their heart belongs to Americana – a rootsy mix of folk, country, and rock – inspired by giants like The Band and Neil Young.

Their previous albums saw the couple journeying across the USA, writing songs about the people they met: sailing down the Mississippi, touring the US by rail, and trekking Route 66 on a motorcycle. Now, with their new album The Bridge they’ve turned the focus inwards.

Named after the George Washington Bridge near their childhood homes, The Bridge is their most personal work yet. They’ve moved from storytelling about others to sharing their own lives, revealing the challenges and joys of their 37-year-long partnership and life as musicians.

Expect a captivating evening of beautiful melodies and heartfelt lyrics.

The Grahams

The Grahams appearing at this event

The Grahams are husband Doug and wife Alyssa Graham, a dynamic Americana-Folk duo from Nashville. The New Jersey natives, who met in high school, traveled the world early on in a quasi-jazz band. One of the bands they frequently performed with in the jazz touring circuit included members of the GRAMMY-nominated Brian Blade & The Fellowship Band. While this was an incredible experience, the pair wanted to return home to their folk roots.
