Sidney Bechet is the most revered saxophonist to come out of New Orleans, known for his stentorian sound and stirring musicality, he was a forerunner of jazz music, inspiring countless musicians to come including the Adrian Cox Trio.  “The Wonderful World Of Bechet” explores Bechet’s impact on the world of music, through his contributions as a clarinettist, composer (Si Tu Vois Ma Mère) and recording artist (Summertime).

The Adrian Cox Trio are an established group who have toured extensively worldwide focused on presenting music from the New Orleans tradition. Comprised of clarinet, guitar & double Bass, the trio respectfully and accessibly bring this music into the 21st century.
