Joey The Lips play a diverse brand of music billed as 'Funky Soul, Blues and Disco Revue' which belies their Commitments style soul band roots. From Gimme Some Lovin' to Beyonce's Crazy In Love, from Long Train Running to Queen's Don't Stop Me Now, and their finale is a mad ten minute version of the B52's Love Shack with a heavy metal medley thrown in for good measure!

Featuring three high quality vocalists, a driving rhythm section and a kicking horn section that won't stay still for a second. Vocalist Jimmy Alderson is the consummate frontman too, an expert both at working the crowd and at audience interaction. It's a winning formula and it's why the band is in great demand.
