The Soul Strutters

Brothers in that Dirty Funk Sound, The Soul Strutters formed from regular meetings across Bristol's open mic nights, quickly bonding over a shared love of classic Soul, Motown and rare vinyl gems. Blowing off a little steam from the bands regular slots as members of some of the Bristol live scene's breaking bands from Hip Hop to Soul backrounds, the band began to experiment dipping into a diverse collection of classic sounds. Remixing and refreshing some lost and soul anthems the raw eclectic selection of the Strutters' live sets are one of the South West scene's hidden treasures.
