With a TV career now in its third decade, ED BYRNE – seen on the likes of QI, Mock The Week, The Pilgrimage, Dara and Ed’s Road to Mandalay, The Graham Norton Show and Have I Got News For You, as well as hosting Live At The Apollo and Comic Relief Bake Off – brings an extended headline set to Bristol's Hen & Chicken. Ed’s latest tour, Tragedy Plus Time, won British Comedy Guide’s Best Comedy Show Of The Year and sold out venues nationwide, becoming his most critically and commercially successful yet. With legions of fans both in the UK and abroad, Ed remains the observational stand-up to see. Ed will have two brilliant guest comedians with him on the night – names to be announced soon!

The master of observational comedy, Ed's many TV appearances over the years have included hosting Live At The Apollo and being a regular panellist on Mock the Week and Have I Got News for You, as well as various other new comedy shows including Miranda Harts Christmas Unwrapped. A sucker for a quiz, particular highlights for Ed have been taking part in Celebrity Mastermind and being a contestant on Celebrity Pointless. Ed is also a regular contributor to comedy and music shows on both BBC Radio 2 and 4 and 6 Music.
