Not My Cup of Tea

By now he has almost certainly mastered the art of stand-up, either that or he has wasted the last 15 years of his life. Come along and decide for yourself. Expect it to be shorter and with lower production values than Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, but funnier and with more references to tea.

Josh co-hosts the hugely popular podcast Parenting Hell with Rob Beckett, which has somehow become so popular that they undertook a live arena tour in 2023 and released a book which topped the Sunday Times Bestseller Charts. He’s co-hosted in over 30 series of the multi-award-winning Channel 4 series The Last Leg, is a team captain on Sky Max’s Rob Beckett’s Smart TV and co-hosts Sky’s Hold The Front Page. And he has an almost complete collection of Panini football sticker books.

Josh Widdicombe

Josh is best known as co-host of the twice BAFTA nominated and multiple Broadcast and RTS award winning show The Last Leg on Channel 4. With 14 critically acclaimed series under their belts Josh, alongside co-hosts Adam Hills and Alex Brooker, have been praised for their reaction and topical coverage of the weeks most harrowing of news stories, as well as their ability to open up the conversations surrounding disability through their coverage of the Paralympic Games and beyond. The Last Leg is currently in its 15th series, broadcast live at 10pm on Channel 4 on Friday nights. This series includes a Christmas Special on Friday 21st December and the show returns for a two hour long supersized edition at 9pm on New Year’s Eve where The Last Leg Of The Year will welcome 2019 in glorious fashion. Josh has made a number of other notable TV appearances including three series of his critically-acclaimed BBC sitcom JOSH which he created and starred in, team captain on BBC Two’s Insert Name Here as well as regular appearances on BBC’s Two’s QI, BBC One’s Have I Got New For You, Sky One’s A League of Their Own and on Dave’s Taskmaster (winner of series 1 plus crowned the Champions of Champions ultimate winner in 2017). Josh also hosts his own hugely successful 90’s football podcast Quickly Kevin, Will He Score? alongside Chris Scull and Michael Marden. In early 2019 Josh returns to DAVE to host the brand new series Hypothetical alongside James Acaster. Hypothetical is a brand new comedy panel show that tests two teams of comedians on their ability to deal with a series of ridiculous hypthetical scenarios.
