A five piece Metal hardcore band from South Wales. Kerrang magazine describes Continents sound as, “Energy-fueled epic-core with lots of aggression, a healthy blend of raw shouts and low end growls and foot stomping hooks.” Their music and intense stage presence has separated them from the ever-growing UK Metal/Hardcore scene.
