Johnny Moped are an English punk rock group formed in South London in the mid-1970s, who once had Chrissie Hynde (later of the Pretenders) and Captain Sensible (later of the Damned) as members.

Formed in 1974 by a group of school friends from Croydon, Johnny Moped are the now legendary first wave punk n' roll band fronted by, and named after the enigmatic Paul Halford (aka Johnny Moped).
