Glam45 - A Tribute to 70s Glam Rock

On Saturday 28th February we are looking forward to welcoming legendary glam rock tribute band Glam45 to Joe Joe Jims for an evening of classic 70s anthems from the legendary artists of the era.

Formed in 2012 by various members of John Rossall's Glitter Band, Smashed, The Stiffs and Sweet Addiction, Glam45 try to give as authentic a 70s Glam Rock Experience as possible, with renditions of classic 70s glam and glitter tunes and with original 70s Glam Rock outfits and modern reproductions of classic 70s Glam Rock styles.

Playing alongside the likes of 70s legends such as Suzi Quatro, Slade, Alan Merrill and the Arrows, Showaddywaddy, Mud II, The Rollers, Rubettes, the late Alvin Stardust plus many more, the members of Glam45 - Steve Fielding (Bass/Backing Vocals), Chuff ((Lead Vocals/Guitar), Dave Airey (Guitar/Backing Vocals) and Gav Baskerville (Drums) - have honed their playing skills for many years. They have played auditoria, theatres, clubs, holiday camps, hotels, conference centres, armed forces bases, sports stadia, festivals and outdoor events, in the UK and Europe, presenting their professionalism and showmanship to several hundred thousand audience members at countless shows over the years.
