About the show
A brilliant night celebrating the timeless songs of Paul Heaton, the songwriting genius behind The Beautiful South and The Housemartins.
Old Red Eyes is the acoustic solo show from the lead singer of the highly acclaimed Southmartins – a band so good that Paul Heaton himself said: “They’re really good!”
Expect a night packed with classic, soulful and witty British pop including:
Happy Hour, Good As Gold, Rotterdam, Song For Whoever, You Keep It All In, Me and the Farmer, Caravan of Love and many more favourites.
This is a rare trip to the South West for Andy’s show, so it’s not one to miss.
Grab yours early and join us for a singalong to some of Hull’s finest tunes.
Featuring
Old Red Eyes
Old Red Eyes is a tribute to the songs of Paul Heaton.
A side project of the aforementioned Southmartins - lead singer Andy strips the songs back to just an acoustic guitar and his voice (with occasional loop-pedal based witchcraft).
