Mr Christmas is back!
Bath Camerata is thrilled to announce that Sir John Rutter will be returning to Bath as guest conductor for this year’s Christmas Concert. Join the award-winning chamber choir in the beautiful surroundings of Bath Abbey for what promises to be a thoroughly uplifting celebration of music for the festive season. There will be Christmas songs old and new, alongside some favourite carols for the audience to sing – all presided over with gusto and style by the maestro himself! What better way to get into the Christmas spirit?

Bath Camerata
Under the young and formidably talented Benjamin Goodson, this leading choir has performed with Sir Willard White and jazz giant Mike Westbrook; recorded and premiered a major new crossover work; appeared at festivals in Bath, London and beyond; continued the 30-year tradition of large scale Good Friday concerts in Wells Cathedral – and, in between, put on its own concerts, ranging from 20th century American music to solemn music for Remembrance, the romantic, and the high baroque of Bach and Handel.
