An artist who refuses to sit neatly inside one genre, blending country storytelling, Americana soul, indie-rock attitude and powerful heartland songwriting into a sound that feels both classic and modern at the same time. Born into a deeply musical family and raised between the Pacific Northwest and Montana music scenes, Campbell grew up classically trained before finding herself drawn toward the raw emotional pull of country music and the rebellious energy of rock 'n' roll. In interviews she has spoken openly about her love of storytelling in song, describing country music as "pure poetry and storytelling," while citing artists such as Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline and Conway Twitty among her formative inspirations.

Joe Martin, a Lancashire based singer songwriter is deservedly gaining major attention on both sides of the Atlantic. As a child Joe was brought up listening to artists from Bob Dylan and Townes Van Zandt to the Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. Songs that tell a story played a big part in what Joe would be listening to in his formative years. This can be heard in the music he’s making now.
