About the show

‘A celebration of creativity itself.’ The Quietus

Haunting experimental / traditional music in a deeply resonant historic space. Award-winning female and non-binary neo-trad duo Lunatraktors return to the UK for their Autumn 2026 tour Our Deepest Sympathies, exploring folk songs from the 7th Century to the present day. Lunatraktors’ ‘broken folk’ style reinvents Anglo-Celtic traditional music with eclectic acoustic beats, deep drones, percussive dance and vocal harmonics. The tour includes somatic sound workshops, performances of their in-development theatre project TimeWeavers, a recording session in Bristol’s newest studio Record Division, and an exhibition at Field System gallery (20.9–3.10). This performance is the closing event of the exhibition
