That's the question that sparked Frantic Assembly over 30 years ago – and it remains at the heart of everything they do. As one of the UK's most celebrated theatre companies, Frantic Assembly is renowned for bold, brave work that shifts seamlessly between raw physicality and tender vulnerability.

In this hands-on Devising & Physicality workshop, students will learn the Frantic Method first-hand. Beginning with an energetic warm-up, the session combines skills exercises, lifting techniques, and creative tasks that unlock the physical storytelling at the heart of their practice.

Two sessions are available: 10am–12pm for ages 18+, and 1pm–3pm for ages 14–18.
