About the show
There are some voices that genuinely make you stop in your tracks – Courtney Hadwin is one of them. In 2025, the Durham-born singer-songwriter unveiled her long-awaited debut album, "Little Miss Jagged" which will showcases her once-in-a-generation talent for all to hear.
She became a global sensation on 'America’s Got Talent' Season 13 (2018), where the visibly nervous thirteen year old delivered a stunning audition of Otis Redding’s “Hard to Handle” that showcased her Janis Joplin-esque stage presence. That clip has since racked up over 310 million views, She went on to reach the finals, and had previously reached the finals of "The Voice - Kids" in the UK
Six years later, Hadwin has endured plenty of ups and downs having originally signed to Simon Cowell's Syco and Arista Records, she later decided to step back and follow a more independent route.
Courtney’s music blends rock, soul, and blues, often channelling the spirit of classic icons like Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, and Amy Winehouse
Her performances are known for their raw intensity, theatrical flair, and unapologetic vulnerability
Age 14+ (and under 14 if accompanied by an adult)
