Honeyblood

Originally started as a two-piece in 2012, Glaswegian Honeyblood has a sound that has been described as 'slacker-grunge-garage-rock', but founding member Stina Tweeddale prefers to call it ‘crunch-pop’. Her sound has drawn comparisons to recent favourites Best Coast and Frankie Rose, along with hints of 90s female guitar heroes the Breeders and Throwing Muses. Three albums in, Stina has decided to claim the sole spotlight of the project and said that makes sense, as Honeyblood has always been Stina's voice. Before it was even a band, or a name, Stina was writing the songs that would form the backbone of the band's identity.

The Mickey 9s

The Mickey 9s are defined by their driving bass rhythms, funky guitar licks, four-to-the-floor pounding beats and satirically potent lyrics. They have always done things in their own, irreverent way. The last few years have seen the band release a series of popular music videos, hilarious comic strips protesting against Thatcher, Bono, and all things evil, and regularly blowing the minds of unsuspecting gig punters all over the UK. Their music is relentless, unapologetic, and unrefined. It is music that grabs you immediately by the ear lobes, picks you up and shakes you about 'til you have no choice but to start dancing. It is music like a bomb: unpredictable, explosive, and with a hefty bass sound.

Dubinski

Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Dubinski is an indie rock band consisting of four brothers: Eugene, Fergus, Donal, and Eoin Gaine. Originally from Yorkshire, the band moved to the Highlands early in their childhood, where through their isolation and developing love of music, they inevitably started playing music together. Eventually moving to Edinburgh to study, the brothers took their music from the bedroom to the studio, releasing EPs ‘Wash Away’, ‘Wake Up In A Dream’ and ‘Moving In Slow Motion’, and spent several years playing shows throughout the UK under the name Ded Rabbit. Sadly, their mother passed away a few years ago, which gave the brothers pause to reflect. Now with their debut full-length album in hand, recorded at RAK Studios in London with Grammy Award winning producers Mike Horner and Robbie Nelson, the brothers are not just raising their musical bar, but paying tribute to their late mother, Eugenia Dubinski, taking on her maiden name by renaming themselves Dubinski.
