Celebrate the sound of summer with a vibrant evening of music from across the British Isles.

From the sun?washed charm of Carwithen’s Suffolk Suite to the rhythmic flair of Alwyn’s Suite of Scottish Dances, this concert by Grampian Concert Orchestra brings together five evocative works steeped in place, tradition and landscape. Holst’s Folk Songs from Somerset and Elgar’s noble Severn Suite add warmth and grandeur, while Jenkins’ Tamarside offers a lyrical contemporary touch.
