Talk - J.M.W. Turner (1775-1851): His Art, Life & The Locale

Join Amy Concannon, Assistant Curator of British Art (1790 - 1850) at Tate Britain, as she explores Turner's unique approach to watercolour, his artistic aims and ambitions and his links to the local area, in a fascinating introduction to his life's work.

Talk will last for approximately 45 minutes with a short time for questions. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand. Include a glass of wine. Numbers are limited, so advance booking is required (01483 737837).
