An event focusing on the health and well-being for horse and rider. The day will be filled with demonstrations and talks from a variety of professionals, from nutrition, equine podiatry and saddle fitting, to hypnotherapy, rider bio-mechanics and confidence coaching, to name but a few! There will also be trade stands and on-site refreshments.
