Many of us feel disconnected from the natural world of which we are a part - travelling in cars, working in offices, walking on concrete. This disconnection can makes us feel stressed and ill, and is damaging our planet and the creatures we share it with.

In this one day workshop we will reclaim our connection to the heart of nature through body, mind and spirit, regaining our link with the world around us.

As a participant you will learn helpful activities and practices to use in your everyday life - including the Walk of Attention, Tree Divination and the art of Shamanic Journeying, and may experience the joy of being held in the world's heart and fire.

No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to switch off your mobile for the day!
