The Royal Marines Association Concert Band, Portsmouth Military Wives Choir

Seats are selling fast for this memorable concert in such glorious, surroundings where the stunning acoustics will add to the wall of music to emanate from these talented musicians!

Led by their Director of Music Captain Dave Cole MVO MMus ARAM RM (the last DoM on board HMY Britannia) the band's popularity has spread throughout the South of England where they play at least two concerts a month to full houses.

The band recently returned from a tour of Malta, where they performed 8 concerts throughout the island before returning to a busy summer schedule that included performances for Royalty at Westminster Hall and for the 350th Royal Marines birthday celebrations that have taken place in London throughout the year.

Due to government cut backs, the Royal Marines Band Service have also become victims over recent times causing this band to carry out many engagements that would otherwise be carried out by their serving colleagues. Another feather in the cap of these old retirees!
