A friendly and relaxed comedy club right here at the Horsebridge. Resident compère Oliver Double is joined by an exciting selection of the UK's funniest comedians. Whether you're a comedy connoisseur or just fancy a laugh, come and join us for some chuckles on the last Friday of every month.
Roisin won the prestigious Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Newcomer in 2010 and has since appeared on Russell Howard's Good News, Have I Got News For You and The News Quiz. Despite all that her stand-up is mostly non-news-based.
Roisin Conaty
Winner of the Foster's Edinburgh Comedy Award 2010 for Best Newcomer, Roisin Conaty is a multi-talented writer and performer. She brings her distinctive style of stand up to clubs all over the country and is in much demand as an MC.
She has appeared on TV on Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Russell Howard's Good News (BBC Three), Victoria Wood's Angina Monologues (Sky One) and Dave's One Night Stand (Dave) and on radio on BBC Radio 4's The Unbelievable Truth and The News Quiz..
Roisin is also a gifted character comic, who can switch between roles seamlessly.
