Leakers

You know the old expression, ‘you have to laugh’ and how it implies that otherwise you’d cry or die or maybe feel a tiny bit concerned? Or that other maxim, ‘if you’re not panicking you haven’t understood the situation’. Well there are lots of laughs and misunderstandings in the new play Leakers.

Leakers is about arguably (ok, let’s have a row) the most important news story there is at present. Not that it is being reported much, if you don’t count the Guardian. Edward Snowden has revealed that we, (and that includes you) are being spied on. We have all lost all our privacy. And some of us are not laughing. Well, we are, those that have seen the script and rehearsals for ‘Leakers’, we are laughing lots. And you could, if you book tickets now and come along.

At times this play is deadly serious and at times hilariously funny, your mission is to realise at any given moment which is what or even what is which.
