Once Rob, now Robert, Newman found fame as a member of the show that spawned a thousand catchphrases; The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and went stratospheric in the early '90s as one half of Newman and Baddiel, becoming the first comedy act to sell-out Wembley Arena. He also wrote for the BBC radio classic 'Week Ending' along with a host of contributors who included Ged Parsons, Oleg Stepaniuk, Nick and Roger Saunders, Michael Dines and Bob and Barbara Boulton. Having parted company with Baddiel, Newman now combines writing novels, campaigning against globalisation and performing some of the most informed and incisive political comedy.
'He is the funniest comedian I have ever seen. A passionate, chaotically brilliant comedian' (The Sunday Times)
'I am completely in awe of Robert Newman. Of his talent, his passion, his intelligence, and the way he turns them to comedy with real firepower. If this world could be saved by a Superhero whose Superpower was Comedy, that hero would be Robert Newman' (The Scotsman).

Nathan is a young black British comic, gigging on both the mainstream and black comedy circuit. His set is highly obsevational, influenced by his culture and upbringing, and also coming from a young person's outlook on life, from the well-known Nigerian traffic warden and the always-disciplining West-Indian mother, to MTV's Pimp my Ride.
'Excellent story-telling skills keep the crowd easily entertained' (Three Weeks)
‘Caton is probably the most exciting young black comic on the scene’ (Fest Magazine)
'Caton's a slick performer with an unbeatable stage attitude and the confident air of someone much more experienced' (Chortle)
'Compelling, well-observed stand-up... He specialises in laidback, on-the-nose material, chopping down fools of all colours, both in day-to-day life and in the media' (The Guardian).

Alfie Brown's first stage credit was when he was 15 in Harry Hill's stage show Wild Horses. The son of Dead Ringers star Jan Ravens, he started performing stand-up at the age of 18 in August 2006. He has appeared on BBC2's The Grumpy Guide To Teenagers.
'Quite simply the future of British stand-up' (Brian Donaldson, The List)
'Brown's is one of the boldest new voices I've encountered... mapping a route to a
different class of humour' (Brian Logan, The Guardian)
'Calls himself an observational comic' (Kate Copstick, The Scotsman)
'A true delight, his delivery was natural and his jokes were sharp' (Such Small Portions)
'Incredibly interesting new comedy voice' (Time Out),

up to highly entertaining public ridicule' (Guardian).
