Dean Kelland The Living Room Series, Episodes 1: Hancock's Half Hour
The New Art Gallery is delighted to announce the residency of Birmingham-based artist Dean Kelland. Encompassing performance, photography, film, print and period materials Kelland's residency will explore representations of male class identity in three sitcoms of the 1950s, '60s and 70s: Hancock's Half Hour, Steptoe &Son, and Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads?
The first studio event is a live performance/'Face to Face' interview with Tony Hancock
