The Cribs, Mi Mye

In the ten years since the release of their self-titled debut album, The Cribs have become the largest cult band in the UK, have toured the world many times over and inspired generations of musicians with their DIY, heart on sleeve approach to their art, eventually receiving an Outstanding Contribution To Music award from NME and the Spirit Of Independence award from Q Magazine.

Bar a competition winners' only event at Wakefield Theatre Royal, this is their first appearance in Wakefield since playing the 150 capacity Escobar on Queen Street in 2007.

Support will come from Wakefield band Mi Mye.
