One of the most successful pop acts of the 70s clocking up eight top 30 hits in 1974 to scoop Music Week's Singles Band of the Year Award while continuing their day jobs as freelance litter removal consultants for Wimbledon Council. Although the fame eventually snubbed the eco-friendly popsters, they made a successful comeback in 2001 with a Christmas chart topper with Wizzard Roy Wood, and headlined at London Astoria's G-A-Y night and the Queen Mum's 100th birthday celebrations.
