Daniel John Martin, jazz violin and vocals, was born in Congleton, England. After spending most of his childhood in Africa (Dakar-Senegal/ Johanesburg- South Africa- for ten years) He came to Paris France where he continued to study the violin at Parisian conservatories. He soon met up with jazz and it has remained his main interest ever since. Daniel John Martin has recorded with many artists , Urban Gipsy is his first solo album.
