Oddsocks' Olympic-themed, toga-tastic Julius Caesar brings British culture and comedy together in a happy mix of high-energy performance and hilarity. The most famous political coup in literature is given the summertime Oddsocks treatment with much tearing of togas and swishing of roman swords.
Rome's creaking coalition is under strain as the nation's sporting games is held to honour Emperor Caesar. The Senators are having a right Roman wrestle with their conscience, Caesar is scared by the Soothsayer and the plebeians are ripe for revolt.
