The Music Section of the Devonshire Association is proud to present its annual Living Tradition concert, this year centred on Dartmoor. The concert celebrates Devon’s rich tradition of folk music, with songs and music going back hundreds of years, passed on through families and friends, through those who have researched songs and music collected around the turn of the 19th century, bringing them alive again through their performance, to those who write and perform new songs about Devon past and present. With a wide-ranging list of performers, it is hoped that it will equal or even exceed the popularity of previous years’ events.
