Hayley Lambert (saxophone) and Paul Turner (piano) present the passion and vitality of South America. Whether composed by Brazil’s Villa Lobos (Fantasia), Argentina’s Piazzolla (History of the Tango), Spain’s Itturalde (Pequena Czarda), France’s Milhaud (Braziliera) or Australia’s Carmichael (Latin American Dances) the music is vibrant and exotic, lively and stirring. With summer heat a distant memory this concert will bring some of the warmth and colour of Latin America into the theatre.
