The Storywalks Cycle: Adonis and Tales of the Waning of Light
An exciting new collaboration between master story teller Hugh Lupton, artist Tim Sanderson and the living landscape of a Norfolk Wood.
A walk through the wood in mellow autumn... interspersed with sculptures and stories of the waning light, including Venus and Adonis... this is the season of gathering shadows when the gateway between the worlds is opened.
This is an outdoor event, covering the uneven and diverse terrain of a woodland. Each walk will last about 2 1/2 hours with stops on the way, covering a distance of about 1 mile.
Please dress for all weathers and wear sturdy water/mud proof footwear, and bring any drinks or snacks you may require. Please arrive promptly at the car park at 1:30 pm, from there you will be guided to the fire circle in the clearing where the story teller awaits.
