Alabama 3

The legendary Brixton collective, the Alabama 3 grace the Garage stage once again after their sell out show last year. This time they'll be coming to you as a full band as opposed to the acoustic version they brought with them the last time round. Best known for the theme tune to the TV show 'Sopranos', they combine mixing rock, electronic, blues, country, gospel, and spoken word styles.

The band are particularly notable for their fusion of styles, lyrics full of ironic intent, their deliberately humorous personas and their outrageous live performances. Every member of the group has an alias by which he is known, the band's founding members adopting the personas Larry Love (Rob Spragg) and The Very Reverend Dr. D. Wayne Love (Jake Black).
