Megson are husband & wife Duo Stu Hanna and Debbie Hanna. Three times nominated in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and double winners of the 2011 Spiral Earth Awards they draw heavily on their Teesside heritage to create a truly unique brand of Folk.
Stu and Debbie first started playing as a duo in 2004. Their great voices together with first class musicianship won them critical praise wherever they performed. Last with us in April 2008, they won many new friends.
They have released a number of albums including the wonderful The Longshot in April 2013, which led to The Guardian describing them as 'the most original duo on the British Folk scene'. It is a real pleasure to have Stu and Debbie back with us for what is certain to be a vibrant and entertaining performance.
