The Move

The Move was one of the leading British rock bands of the 1960s. They scored nine Top 20 UK singles in five years and went on to become one of the best and most significant bands of their era.

Bev Bevan and Trevor Burton are both founding members of The Move, and over a period of around 6 years enjoyed huge success in Great Britain and Europe. The Move also built a reputation as one of the most respected and controversial bands of the sixties.

They often performed alongside the likes of The Who, The Rolling Stones and The Kinks, and in 1968 toured the UK with Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd.
