Shoreham Wordfest 2014: Short Story & Poetry Slam

The WordFest annual Slam competition is back! An opportunity for writers to test their work with friends, supporters and those who want to hear new writing in a fast and furious format: 5 minute maximum for either poetry or prose.

Come early to put your name in the hat and see if it gets pulled out for a reading from the Ropetackle stage. Guest judges, chaired by well-known author, Simon Brett, will provide comments and a final score with any dispute settled by the audience!
