The Rocking Chair
Hailing from Liverpool, Lives are a five piece who are doing their utmost to make sure you sit up and listen to them.
Their debut tracks 'White Lies' and 'Short Memory' are a blast of adrenaline - big, fast-paced and packed with layer upon layer of instrumentation. It's straight up guitar standards on first listen but as the melody seeps in, you can't help but be bowled over.
They took Liverpool Music Week by storm this year, playing a set of tight, hurtling tunes in the Blade Factory. Fans of Bombay Bicycle Club and Friendly Fires will undoubtedly dig Lives.
