Renowned jazz fusion guitarist, founder member of Soft Machine and best known for his work with Stephane Grappelli, returns to his love of acoustic jazz with this marvellous ensemble. The band features John's dazzling guitar work, the scintillating violin of Chris Garrick, the propulsive drive of Dave Kelbie (rhythm guitar) and Andy Crowdy (bass). Together they create breathtaking sallies through repertoire both old and contemporary - a must for all fans of melodically based, swinging acoustic jazz.
