Iceland Dance Company

Iceland Dance Company is renowned for creating new choreography that merges classical training with the retained individuality of each of its dancers, proudly boasting a repertoire that features work by talented Icelandic choreographers as well as choreography by Europe’s finest.

Tonight’s Triple Bill features three contrasting pieces: Sharon Eyal's minimalistic and sensual Killer Pig, exploring the contrasts between the beautiful and the appalling; The Swan, a beautiful duet by company artistic director Lára Stefánsdóttir; and Luggage, a new dance piece by the award-winning choreographer Valgerður Rúnarsdóttir, which seeks inspiration from the constant changes of the memory.
