Iceland’s leading poet and author, Gerdur Kristny leads discussion and live poetry readings to provide a rich and imaginative context from which to consider the Icelandic Sagas.
Kristny’s contemporary take on Nordic myth and legend, Bloodhoof, has been internationally acclaimed and she has published poetry, short stories, novels and books for children, as well as a book about the Westman Islands Festival in 2002.
